KAITO appears as both an idol and manager for the Virtual Singers of the SEKAI, though he supports MMJ! as well. He is considered a reliable figure by those he works with, knowing other's needs before they do themselves, and is rarely shown to be tired out by the workload he takes on. He is a self-proclaimed fan of the other idols, as he believes that being a fan helps him understand what the audience wants out their performances. He can be flirty, and a little bit too touchy, though.
