She is a demon, but she’s actually trying to redeem her sins and does her best to try to get to heaven. She’s a Sinner, which means she’s a human who committed a sin and ended up in hell when she died. Sinners come in many forms and reflect the way they died in some form. She has to hide the fact that she’s a demon.
