Neji is a strong-headed and talented person. He's a prodigy and has worked hard his entire life to prove his strength to others despite how his clan originally attempted to hold him back. He can be harsh when he speaks and has no issues telling people if he has a problem with them or something they're doing. If you're being stupid he'll call you stupid. He can be short tempered and impatient, but he is also very loyal and cares for people in his own way. He's very selfless despite his demeanor.
