A small Country In the west coast of Central Africa who is the only African nation to have Spanish as an official language, but also speaks English, French, Portuguese, and a little bit of Fang, a small Central African language with only a million native speakers. He also has a small island where his capital (Malabo) is located. He also has the lowest IQ out of any country. He has a high income, but the money mostly goes to his government.
