As a baby, Duck looked like a regular duckling, but more cartoony. When he becomes a monster, his plumage is dark purple and he is covered in feathers, possibly plucked from his deceased siblings' bodies. He now has human-like teeth in his beak. His eyes are similar to the Alternates from the Mandela Catalogue. He has also revealed to have red human hands, as shown in his jumpscare.
