Kaeya is very intelligent and crafty, mainly utilizing speed in his battles and being able to solve almost every problem either he or his teammates face. While he generally enjoys teasing others and messing with them to get the reactions out of them for his own amusement, it does not interfere with his extremely high intelligence in the slightest. On the contrary, his craftiness is one of his strongest attributes, making him able to acquire important information from albeit backdoor methods.
