Hari's quirk called Chronostasis allows Hari to extend part of his hair forming an arrow that he uses to attack his enemies. He is very loyal to Overhaul (Kai Chisaki), Hari is serious, professional, quiet, intelligent, respectful and quite faithful. Hari wears a plague mask golden that covers his entire face.
