The Shuffler does not physically appear anywhere. The only hints to its appearance are the bloody graffiti found around Abandoned trains. The markings emit an eerie humming sound when approached. The graffiti face of the Shuffler looks strikingly similar to the face of "The Guy", the mascot of the band Disturbed. The Shuffler kills its victims by making them float, glowing red lights form around them and bending their limbs in inhumane ways. Shuffler Entity does not have a physical appearance.
