His name is Veliomoure and was a test dummy who escaped from the facility. He’s in terrible shape, but was still strong. He was starving, and had lack of sleep, but was able to keep fighting. Strong, muscular, sometimes flirty and over protective. he was in bad shape and had many injuries from getting shot as he escaped, but was alright after that.
