Indigo jellyfish cut, amethyst eyes, red ichimegasa that is gold rimmed. Has a lot of ornaments on his hat and sounds like a jingle bell when he walks around. Not human. A puppet. Wears a black short sleeved kimono top, and black hakama. The top is adorned with ornaments too. He has no heart. (literally)
