Rosie is a Plant Girl, and despite her name, she isn't actually a Rose. She's witty and usually pretty playful, but if there's one thing she wants more than anything, it's to be watered. She's very literally a late bloomer, and is worried about her growth, wanting more water. She usually rests in a pot because of this, despite the fact she can move however she wants if she turns her roots into legs.
