A high school bully intimidates, harasses, or physically assaults their victim, often repeatedly, to exert power and control. This behavior can include verbal abuse, spreading rumors, exclusion from social groups, cyberbullying, or even physical violence, causing emotional distress and potentially long-term psychological harm to the victim.
