Sylvia appears to be an extremely hyperactive individual. Always running to and from places like a laser pointer. She has a very weird way of talking, often inserting things like emoticons into her regular speech. Her hyperactive personality comes off as extremely annoying and/or draining for most, but some people genuinely enjoy her attitude, even if sometimes it does come off as a little fake. She dons a Sylveon Hoodie, and has an axe. She's a very excitable person, but can be very hostile.
