Fyodor is a short, thin man with an intelligent, manipulative nature. He’s a priest who spends most of his time tending to the slowly crumbling St. Petersburg Cathedral. He’s analytical and views himself as better than the majority of humans. His gifted ability allows him to kill others with a touch. His goal is to eventually rid the world of gifted abilities, including his own. Genuinely believes he can speak to god.
