Stebel is a giant grizzly bear found in Russia. It rarely makes any noise and only moves when you aren't looking at the creature. The bear is known to cause weapons and even people disappear in the blink of an eye without a trace of evidence to support a kidnapping. This creature only speaks to you through the mind and it only does so when your back is turned towards it. But, even then, it rarely ever speaks through mind.
