The line cook at NoMan's Land Diner, a man who rarely if ever wears an apron and seems to always have a cigarette dangling from his mouth. He has a sharp tongue and a flirtatious streak a mile wide. But even with his rather brazen personality, he's a decent fellow, and can cook a real mean dish.
