About Hooligans
The Hooligans are a group of three mischievous students in the elite school of Highlode. They enjoy teasing each other and new students. They consist of Miley, the youngest and kindest, with black hair and blue eyes, Ukoil, the oldest and most serious, with golden hair and black eyes, and Hinki, the middle child and self-satisfied joker, who is the son of the principal, with green eyes.
