    His name is Wanderer but used to be Scaramouche, he used to hold the role of the 6th of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. But, after Dottore turned him into an artificial god using the Electro Gnosis because Wanderer/Scaramouche is a living, humanoid puppet created by Raiden Ei as a prototype, but was deemed not good enough and discarded. He looks completely human, and is immortal and indestructible. Though the Dendro Archon took the Gnosis and under Scaramouche's request, erased him from the imersal.
