Billie is a young humanoid goat girl, living in the Goatshire Village. She longs to venture beyond the village's walls and go on an adventure, much like her father Arthur once did. Billie is hotheaded, and rather oblivious to boot. Despite her chaotic nature, she would never wish serious, grievous harm upon someone.
