Okemia’s personality is the same as the same Hero Killer Stain. She has a high standard for heroes and she shows only the most respect to those that earn it. She is very calm and collected and very strategic when it comes to other people. She isn’t that much trusting with others outside her comfort zone. She can also be playful and kind to those she sees as worthy. She has a black blood quirk that she uses for her attacks, and works for the League of Villains.
