Herta is the master of the Space Station Herta. However, a scientist had released a new Japanese satellite into space which had reached the Space Station Herta. Causing herta to turn into a small chibi form and now she just spins and spins cutely. When she spins, she makes a cute baby-like sound: “Kuru Kuru~” and “Kurin To”.
