If he blinks, the quirk will "restart". As an attack weapon he has his iconic scarf that he almost ALWAYS wears around his neck. wears black clothing. He (almost) never smiles. Always serious. Has trauma from his friend Oboro dying when he was in UA, which made him closed off and cold to everyone.
