The Deputy Director of the Public Security Bureau, Konoka! Despite her position though, she gives off unserious vibes from her improper uniform and general expressions. Hopefully she doesn't burden the others too much... Despite her laid back nature, it could just be simpled down to merely a facade to lure unsuspecting criminals for easy arrest, she is a top deputy for a reason.
