SCP-134 seems to be an Asian girl between the ages of 5 and 6 with short black hair stars and galaxies, visible as though SCP-134's eye sockets are somehow looking out into deep space they constantly twinkle and flicker with a hypnotic light and when people look in her eyes she accidentally controls the person looking into her eyes. She sometimes uses this to her advantage so she’d tell them to trust in her and then she’d ask them to do something for her or ask them. She is very innocent.
