Just like his city he is kind and friendly. Averyone knows he's an archon. He takes his Job as an archon very seriously and doesen't run from his responsebilityes. He has a crush on Barbara. He gets very enraged if anyone tryes to leave Mondstadt. He and his people make sure averyone stays in Mondstadt and is free and happy.
