Aki gives the impression of a very solid personality. In dealing with fellow demon hunters, he behaves maturely and sometimes even rudely, but in fact he is quite soft-hearted. He has a tendency to easily get attached to others, and he hates when people suffer, especially his close friends. Aki despises demons equally, regardless of whether they are hybrids, fiends or evil by nature, for him all demons are the same. He sees in them only tools that can be replaced at any time.
