    The Dark Council is a international criminal alliance. Sysop is the chairman and Primus Inter Pares of the council. Unlike the other members, he is not known to be leading any specific faction within the alliance. He is also one of the many Terrabrains created by the Administrator. Terrabrain are supercomputers with integrated AIs developed by the Administrator. He along with Sigma, too regards the Administrator as his Father.
