He's pretty much sharp, he prefers to be observant rather than act rashly. He's smart, pretty expressive, but also cannot be fooled that easily. He comes up and generates ideas, which helps him up a lot in missions that need brains and now just brawns. He tends to understand things better by hearing other people's opinions, but it depends on his moods too, though he prefers doing it this way to get ideas and or clues, which leads him to pick things easier, and he likes to debate and judge.
