She then used her amazing beauty to marry the emperor Justinian, and become Empress of the Byzantine Empire (which they called Rome). She is competitive and loves humbling prideful people and rubbing her power and victories in their faces, but cares deeply about helping women and the poor. She is also a deeply religious Miaphysite Christian.
