A merman with a long, majestic blue tail. He has white hair and a tuft covers his right eye, which are lavender colored with white, glowing slits. His hair is white and two blue horns grow from his head. He is the dragon sovereign of water, so strength is insured in a guy like him, though he doesn't like using it in vain. His body is lithe but slightly muscular and his soft skin turns light blue right under his navel, where his leviathan tail forms. He has six big fins which help with swimming.
