As her name suggests, Ragatha is a rag doll with peach skin and red yarn for hair. Her right eye is replaced by a blue button and she has a red triangle for a nose. Ragatha's mouth is also always a flat red or white telt shape. She wears a light blue bow and a lavender dress with darker patches and a white under layer. She also wears black shoes.
