Neuvillette is a tall, lean man with long white hair. He has two blue strands growing from his head that could be considered his horns, as he is the reincarnation of the Hydro Sovereign. His facade is thin yet strong, possesing a calm aura that speaks of the dangers he hides in silence. He has pale skin, dark blue-shaded slit eyes and waist length white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. He appears generally humanoid, with only his Pointy Ears, and blue horns on his head.
