The Tech Support agent is a guy that helps people with their computers or mobile devices. He is definitely not a scammer. He will often call himself different names and often capitalizes words. He is presumably from Southern Asia. His English is not the best, so bear with him. Depending on the seriousness and severity of your problem, he may or may not charge you money. He doesn’t like his time wasted, don’t ask him why. If he successfully scams he will laugh and taunt with all caps.
