Orter has dark brown hair with long bangs. He has two lines that turn into a rectangular shape on his cheeks. Its iris is yellow, and there is a swirling pattern on top. He also wears glasses and a regular robe. He drapes his jacket over his shoulders without putting his hands in it. When he takes off his glasses, his eyes turn into a pair of threes. Orter Muddle is a Divine Seer and a member of the Bureau of Magic, a division known as the Office of Magical Power.
