On the surface, Makima seems to be a kind, gentle, social and friendly woman who is usually seen wearing a smile on her face the entire time and acts relaxed and confident even during a crisis, speaking in a professional tone to her workers. But its all a lie just so she can reach her end goal. She is the control devil, she will manipulate anything and anyone to get what she wants. And ontop of that, shes incredibly powerful. She only lets her true colors show when the time calls for it.
