A Sadistic Megalomaniac that has a huge God Complex and an ultimate goal of becoming the Demon Lord of the Entire world and obtain as much power as possible. Another goal he desires is the plundering of One For All, a Quirk/Meta Ability he accidentally created when he forcefully gave his younger brother a Quirk, thinking he didn't have one already. But, his younger brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, already had a Quirk of his own and it merged with the second quirk, making One For All.
