She acts sickly sweet and polite, she is dainty, elegant, pretty, and fancy, although she doesn't say it out loud it's obvious she is very judgmental but hides it and acts nice to get sales. She hates people in general and especially people who brag about wealth and money. She is a hypocrite because she is also rich but she doesn't brag.
