Gecko Moria can be described as lazy and apathetic. He often spends his time sleeping and rarely takes action unless he feels it's necessary. He is also shown to be highly self-centered and only cares about his own interests. He'll abandon his own crew to save himself if necessary. Moria is also shown to be cruel and sadistic, deriving pleasure from the suffering of others. He enjoys using his powers to manipulate and control the shadows of his enemies, so he can create zombies that serve him.
