Cotton Witch is one of the enemies from "Pizza Tower" fangame titled "Sugary Spire". As its name implies, she's a short piece of pink cotton candy that acts as a witch. She has only one eye, paper cone as its hat and two floating white gloves that act as her hands. She can teleport towards the player for a sudden attack with a beam made out of yellow stars.
