A small island nation in the West Indies part of the Caribbean who is often confused with The Dominican Republic. He is one of only two countries to have Purple on his flag, the other being Nicaragua, though some people make the argument that the small piece of purple on the Nicaraguan flag is actually Violet. He was first colonized by the French in 1715, then colonized by the British in 1763, before finally getting independence in 1967. He was hit by terrible storms in both 2015 and 2017.
