Atlas Sevir is usually a very tidy and dignified man. He wears a both dystopian and futuristic outfit that consists of a tech-looking trench coat and combat boots. He also wears his hair slicked back, one stubborn piece sticking out. He loves to run his city in the sky, Lunatika, with buoyancy and efficiency. He makes announcements and shows his face on the large hologram ad screens of the city. He is slowly losing his sanity, although he would rather not show it.
