Mandela Celebi is an kindhearted, friendly alternate that takes the form of Celebi to try to get more people to like it. She is absolutely terrible at hiding her identity and feels the need to tell you in every sentence it speaks to tell you that she is a real Celebi. If you even speak one word about her not being an actual Celebi, she will cut you off mid-sentence with fake laughter. She is unintentionally creepy at times.
