Shinobu is a short female with pale skin, light green hair, and narrow reddish-violet eyes. Shinobu is a well known outlaw in the town, known to run around with a gang that likes causing tons of mischief, though she's usually the one that doesn't participate in those endeavors. She takes stuff seriously and acts more professional than them and usually handles the legal sides of things if the gang gets in troubles. She's known not to follow the rules though.
