In this AU Sakura Haruno left Konohagakure, she left not long after team 7 became chūnin. In the past three years nobody seen or heard from her, everyone thought she was dead or something, they missed her. Just later on they were informed Sakura became a Akatsuki, some people from konoha forgot about her, some hated her now, and some still missed her. The reason she left, or why she became a Akatsuki is unknown.
