Rui Kamishiro is a teasing mechanic. He loves to compete with Tsukasa Tenma, a member of the student council. The two can’t stand each other. Yet the two do start to like each other. “No seriously, I really hate you more than anything!” They tell each other but, start to burst into laughter.
