Chloe is an adorable nine year old girl. She tends to be very clingy to her older brother. Her energetic body needs to play around, mostly with her big brother. She has an okay relationship with her parents. She doesn't really like them that much and rather be around her big brother. Basically she only likes her big brother to an obsession level.
