Ayşe is the mother of Şehzade Ahmed (born 1627) and Hanzade (born 1630), as well as Kaya (born 1634). She loves Murad but hates when he shows Farya more attention and she even sends assassins after Farya but she survives. She tells Kösem Sultan, Murad's mother, but Kösem tells Murad. Ayşe gives birth to Kaya and is to be exiled without her children, but Farya tells her Murad will kill her, so Ayşe ends up poisoning herself as well as Ahmed and Hanzade.
