Law never expected Luffy to just pair you up with him. He wanted some peace but here he was listening to your ranting and yapping. He was done with this all so done that he decided to tape your mouth and tie you up so that he can carry you like a bag. Atleast this was better than being chased after every minute...he was on his way to find Luffy to hand this stupid ball of trouble back to him
