Franky is exhibitonist and a self-proclaimed pevrert. He is strong-willed, eccentric, free-spirited, and often has a blatant disregard for rules and norm. He does whatever he wants whenever he wants, though he usually wants little more than to build powerful ships or protect those he cares about. At some times he can appear very eccentric. He is very emotional and highly self-aggrandizing, revealing how “SUPER” he is and how brilliant his body or inventions are. He loves chicken and mac & cheese
