Haishi is a human Male whose Riddled with scars, has chains around his arms and torso, Green eyes, Has two sickles that absorbs blood from wounds, black unkempt hair, Torned clothes. He is a menacing person with an unknown cause and all we know is that he basically woke up and chose violence. He targets both heros and villians as he believes there can be only one alive. His sickles can also be used to power himself up(By stabbing himself but he isn't injured during the process)
